What is the Perimeter Strip?

The Warmup DCM Pro perimeter strip is a waterproof tape to be placed around the perimeter of your room floor, only if your underfloor heating is being installed in a wet room. It protects against water damage to your underfloor heating system, by providing a waterproof layer along the edges of your floor.

Why is the perimeter strip useful?

The perimeter strip provides a guaranteed watertight seal to protect your underfloor heating system from any leakages! Therefore this product is useful as it reduces the chances of waterdamage to your new underfloor heating. Do I need this product?

Only if you are installing a underfloor heating system in a wet room. Otherwise, it is recommended that you purchase the rest of the DCM Pro range on our website without the perimeter strip. Atlernatively, check out the rest of our underfloor heating products by warmup for a variety of choices.
